Activated DND but still they recieving promotional calls and SMS

Hi,

I have a Bangalore Aircel number 8892733751. I activated DND service on 22/23 June by sending a SMS ' START DND' to 1909. Hence after 25th September (45 days after activation of service) I should not recieve any promotional call or SMS from Aircel. But still I am recieving unwanted and unasked promotional calls and promotional SMS which is very disturbing and annoying. Its my request to guide me to further action against it.
