Make FOOL of Customers

I Wasim Khan purchased a new aircel no. from IITF on 22.10.09 from aircel outlet. They told me to activate within half an hour. Bt its not activated till 3 days. I also went to their Aircel Store in Faridabad as nearby me but they told me to go for the same for activation. After 3 days I asked for my friend to activate my no. which has gone to the same place then he activated my no. Its ok

bt its too much

on 3rd dec'09 aicel has disconnected my outgoing calls so when I make call to customer care they told me that their document is nt submitted. Then i go to aircel store and again submitted my ID with photo they activated my number..

So I am totally unsatisfied with their services and consumer behaviour.
