IMEI blocked in Aircel

Aircel has blocked my Mobile phone from midnight of NOV 30th. Since i am having the Motorola

Z6 model, the signal is not coming in AIRCEL, but the SIM card has been registered with AIRCEL.

Please give suggestion how to proceed.
