I Mohsin Shaikh Residing in Pune (16th, Aga Nagar, Nagar Road, Pune : - 411014) has a Per Paid Mobile connection with Aircel Company (9762117458) and I have opted a second billing plan, On 17-12 at 17:35:43 i got a SMS from DD-Aircel saying that " Ab baton me hi nahi pocket mei bhi dum hoga. Aircel laya hai FULL TALKTIME OFFER kar 150 ya use adhik ka recharge aur paye full atlktime. Haina DUMDAR offer! ("150 ya use adhik" means any amount above Rs 150) so i went and recharged my mobile with Rs. 200.00 amount and i was done with 0 balance with 200 min. local and 100 min std calls free, I called up customer care to lodge a complaint about this that I did not got full talk time as stated in the above stated sms the executive try to explain that with 200 recharge it is a combo offer, but as there in the sms no where stated any specific amount to be recharged for full talk time, so I instead for full talk time as he was not able to solve my problem the call was transfered to Floor Supervisor, after explaining the issue to her she has taken a complaint and committed the the issue will be sorted out in 24 hrs and I'll get a call for Aircel with in next 24 Hrs. and advised me not to use your cell phone for out going calls for next 24 Hrs to get the benefit. I did so, the conversation last for 30minutes and 40 Sec. But sorry to say on the same day after disconnecting the call is got a sms i.e. on 17-12 at 20:15:02 stating that "We value our relationship & regret the inconvenience caused due to the cancellation of Full Talktime Offer on Rs 150 or more recharge due to technical reasons." Then again on 18-12 I called up customer center @09:06:37 the executive assured me that I'll surely get a call from Aircel with in 24 Hrs, Again I called customer center @16:50:02 the executive said i was a combo offer and Aircel cannot help in this issue after a long explanation he agreed to transfer the call to floor supervisor, kept me on hold for a very long time and then at the end disconnected the call from their side, again I called customer center @16:56:01 again I've to explain every thing to the executive at the end he kept me on hold saying that he'll transfer the call to Floor Supervisor again the same thing happened they disconnected the call after keeping me on hold for a long time, Again I called customer center @17:01:07 again I had to explain every thing to the executive at the he kept me on hold saying that he'll transfer the call to Floor Supervisor again the same thing happened they disconnected the call after keeping me on hold for a long time. This kind of services Aircel is offering to their customers. As i'm in a Second billing plan and the combo offer is more expensive for me as compaired to sec billing plan, so I further request them to kindly look into the matter seriously and transfer me my full Talktime back to my account irrespective of my usages as waited for almost 18-20 hrs for the solution with out making any calls and it is really impossible for any body to stop using his cell phone for such a long time, as I cannot look for STD PCO booth every time to make calls even though if I have a cell phone connection with me, as I've recharged my account between the opening and cancellation of the scheme so I should get the benefit of the scheme. The above issue was sent to "[email protected]" / "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" by me on 19 Dec on 22 Dec. again on 22 Dec I've send a mail to thew same address saying "This is a reminder towards the issue that I've highlighted and informed to you on 19-12 but still I've not received any solution from your side it is further requested to you to kindly look into the matter and do the need full." I got a reply "With reference to your e-mail, we wish to inform you that Rs.200 recharge is a combo recharge which offers you 200 local mins free and 100 national mins free with a validity of 15 days. Kindly visit our websitewww.aircel.com for details of available vouchers and schemes. Hence, we shall be constrained to provide you with the full talktime on said recharge". in reply to this i wrote "I think so that you have not read my complete mail carefully i got a SMS from your side that i'll get full talktime on any recharge on and above RS 150, no where you have mentioned any specific amount, that means any amount above Rs 150, that leads to this issue, so once again I request you to consider my request and refund my money in terms of full talktime irrespective of my usages of combo pack as an compensation. I think i have been cheated by Aircel in this issue, If my problem is not sorted out in next 48 hrs I'll file complaint with Consumer Court" for which they have replied saying " In continuation to your e-mail, we would once again like to clarify that the said benefit offered over the Rs.200 combo recharge has been utilized by you, hence, we shall be constrained to credit any additional talktime in your account." I cannot under stand that how a person can stay without using his cell phone for making out going calls and wait for so many days for their solution to come out and this is what they have come out with.

Further I request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me any solution for the issue as I want to drag such service provider in the Consumer Court who cheat peoples.
