Aircel abusing about its GPRS plans and services which it offering. I always recharched the company's net packs 14, which offers 3 days unlimited internet browsing and downloading, but never i can used 5mb of this plan. I often rechared by net pack approx 15 -20 times but never i got better services. Contacting with customer care they always noted complain and says our technical team contact you shortly but not a single time they contact during 4 complains.
