i am from kerala, malappuram district. My aircel number is 9809537543. Kerala aircel saying, their internet service called pocket internet have speed 28-32 kb/s. But when i am using this service, i giving speed maximum upto 2 kb/s. I complainted this problem many times to aircel customer care. But still this problem remains without any change. Many customers are cheated by the same problem. I am using this service by paying Rs.97 for 1 month. But no use. I can't use internet on PC. Many customers are cheated by the same. I am one of them. Please give a serious warning to aircel.
