I am a consumer of Aircel, No.: 9614419858.
Three days ago I found that at my nos company has been activated a DIALER TUNE, without my permission. After that I have called to the customer care center to resolve the problem, but he cant do that. Afterwords I asked him to transfer the line to his supervisor, but he told me that the line could not transfer at that time, and also told me that the supervisor will call me with 24 hrs. But no call I have received from them within approx 36 hrs. And afterward I have called to the NODAL OFFICER several times, but the call is not answered.
So dear sir, I therefore request you to deactivate the DIALER TUNE and give me the balance back.
