I lost my aircel sim on 22/01 and I have asked the people on customer care of Aircel for about 100 times to close that number. But today after 7 days, that number is still working. The people at Aircel's customer care are just trained to make fool of you and to convince you to disconnect the call. They have even disconnected my call a number of times. They asked me to hold the call and they disconnect the call after around making me hold for one minute. I want my all the balance which I had on 22/01 back and the compensation for harrasing me for continously 7 days and still the days are increasing because they are not doing the needfull and I have all the records required.
