SIR,
it has happened many a times aircel activates itself different service, on my no. and on complaining about those deduction reason is given that some service has been activated from your side whereas i have not done so.
At present they activated my caller tone on26th jan at 11:45pm and on 27th i launched the complaint about that &i was told that the amount will be refunded by 29th. again i called on 29 th then they system was on updation
on 31st i was told that on your no. a service is active "voice chat from 17th of sep 09 .
on asking why was the balance not deducted on 17th they gave another excuse of low balance whereas i had balance above 50 from the 1st of jan.
so it all harassment of the customer again & again.
please take the necessary action against this.
