Aircel
Gprs too slow and not avlaible often

I am prashant kumar form patna my aircel no is 9852349414 in my area gprs speed is only 2-6 kbps and if u got a call between using gprs then u cant able to surf it for 10-15 minutes. Most of time gprs is unavalaible, when i contact customer care they said that there is some problem in server or temporary problem. Please help me to take any action aganst aircel.
