Dear sir my no is 8898437199 .i had been using aircel sim but 11th feb i got one caller tune ivr msg. I actually not had activated any caller tune but then when i was checking my balance i noticed that there was a deduction of about thirty Rs. Immediately called the customer care and came to know that caller tune was activated. I called up nearly 6to 7 times they agreed that it was thier fault and refused to give any solution they even didnt launch any complaint giving the excuse that server was slow and also refuse to refund my money.
