Respected Sir/Ma'am

With due respect I would like to state that I have bought a new sim of aircel 4 months back. I have used it for some time at that time and after that I havenot used it and now, after 4 months, when I recharged my delhi aircel no. 09716504088, they have barred the incoming and outgoing and when I talked to the customer care, I requested them either to refund my money or repair it and they said that they have done it by mistake and will repair it in 2 days. But now 15 days have passed, but nothing has been done till now.

Please do something in this regard.
