Sir,
My name is Dyutiman Biswas. I own a sim of a cellular co. namely ‘AIRCEL’ which is a prepaid connection since last two years. Suddenly it seems that your services are getting
worst.
Its being two and half months back I activate my DND (Do not disturb) service which is
not activated till date.
Speaking to one of their customer care executive, who completely disagree to help and said that they are helpless about this matter except taking another complains.
My question is whom should we talk to.
