Am using an aircel mobile no-8013440770.on 25-02 at about 10.30 am i recharged my number with a 10 rs recharge coupon and got 10 rs as balance and about 11-00am my full balance was deducted i immideatle called the customer care they told me that the balance deducted was not showing in there network. they told me to call after 6 hours. i again called they again told me that there sysytem has not been updated and told me to call after 1 hous i again called they told me that they can not do anything about it and cut off my call.on 26-02 morning i again called them about my problem they clearly said that we cannot do any thing and cut my call after that am not getting the call transfered to any executive of aircel.
