The mobile service provider, AIRCEL has deducted mobile balance many times. A message has been sent today (26/02) by the service provider that dialer tune has been set as per my request. Then I dialed customer care and they replied that today I activate that service from a customer care offer call. But no call had been come from them. I am a student. In this circumstances I have been suffering from this service provider. So I request you to take further step against AIRCEL service provider.
