Activate VAS without my permission

I am Sajan Srivastva.

I live in Kolkata.

I have aircel line and my aircel no. 8013462699.

My complain is that within 1 month Aircel mobile service povider have been deducted Rs.33 from main balance of my mob. no.(8013462699).

Every time I call to customer care abt. the deduction.

He tell me that We don't have an update so please will u try later.

When I try later to custome care then the line was busy.

So will you please help me out from above mentioned problem. It's very difficult to trust on Aircel.

Please help me soon...
