Respected Sir,
Last evening (19/03/10) at 7:30 P.M I got a message from Aircel that if I do recharge my mobile by Rs. 75/- then I'll get Rs.65/- main balance & Rs.10/- Dedicated Balance. So, I have recharged my mobile as per the instruction & I also got the confirmation message i.e. You have successfully recharged your Account by Rs.75/-.
But now the time is 14:04 P.M (20/03/10) & I also call Aircel Customer Care for 6 times since last night. Last night they told me that it seems, there would be some problem in their database & they will resolve it by two or three hours. But after 19 hrs they are telling me that I didn't done any recharge of Rs.75 yesterday. So, what can I do now?
