Deduction of amount from prepaid mobile connection for wrong reasonsn

On 19th march i received a message from aircel that caller tune has been activated on my number for 7 days trial offer for free.on 26th march i got another message saying that you were activated for free dialer tone service for 7 days. post 7 days you will be renewed at rs 30/mth.

i talked to customer care executive that i m not interested in dialer tone so deactivate it. they said that they r forwarding my request. but on 28th march rs30 has been deducted from my connection.

i dont understand what these cellular companies are upto? if they want some easy money then y dont they took the guns and demand money from everyone.

this is harassment of the consumer and it appears that nobody is caring about whts going on.
