I am using aircel prepaid connection no-8802447114. yesterday at about 9.30 pm when i checked my balance i found rs-30/- deducted from my balance. I immediately contact c.care, the person namely Deepak told me that you have opted for dialer tune at 09.16 pm on 31/03/10 therefore the balance deducted but I never opted for dialer tune service -never-never. neither any message i received nor any call from aircel reg. such type of subscription. The aircel people are cheating me. despite my various requests the balance has not been refunded so far.
Please do the needful.
