Aircel is cheating customers since last few months. I am using aircel connection from last year. Recently I got a sms from Aircel stating that certain amount of money has been deducted from my account due to renewal of voice chat service. But the truth is that I have never subsribed that service. The customer care and complain dept. both told me their system was showing such information, so they deducted the money. Yesterday (05/04) again I got a sms stating that my dialer tune had been set and again some money had been deducted from my account. The customer care gave me similar response this time also. Is there any solution to this problem? Why innocent customers have to suffer for such irresponsible act of cheat mobile service providers like Aircel? Hoping for some necessary action taken by consumer forum.
