I am using aircel for past 5 years. I have asked for a new number in addtion to my other CUG number. They gave the number and SIM card. But suddenly one day they disconnected incoming and outgoing for that number. When contacted Aircel customer care, they asked to get in touch with the person gave him the new connection and they wont be able to help in this. (See how good customer service they provide).
After i got in touch with the person it has been 3 days the number is not yet activiated. As a customer i dont have any other people to contact other than the person who gave me the connection. If the customer care is called you will be put in automated voice message for almost 3 mins and then you need to wait for unknow number of minutes in the line. Sometimes the call get diconnected.
Worst service provided from Aircel even for long term customers. These people are making me to think twice if i need to go with their subscription. Disgusting.
