I am using Aircel pre-paid connection for the past 3 years. My number is 91-98415 65458.
For me, to be honest, there is no problem considering the service, network or call charges. Last week, (exactly on 30-09-2010) I've noticed that my balance is suddendly reducing without making calls or sending messages. Then I called the customer care complaint desk at "198" from my aircel number. The Customer Care Executive informed me that you have activated GAME SUBSCRIPTION while surfing on the net, which cost is Rs. 5 per day. I wondered how it could have been happened.
However, I don't want go to deep in this issue, making questions like, why, when....etc. I requested the Customer Care Executive to deactivate the subsription and registered it as a complaint with them. The complaint number is 2714903589 dated 30-09-2010. The Customer Care Executive told me that it would take 72 hours, and after that it would have been deactivated.
Five days later, on 5th of October, again my balance got affected without making calls or sending messages. I called the customer care and asked the status of the complaint made earlier. He told me that there is some problem in their systems and it would get deactivated within 72 hours. Again I registered it as a complaint and the number is 274558798.
Even today, (i.e. 8th of October) they are reducing my balance by rupees 5/-, I called the customer care and registered it as complaint with complaint no. 2760026357.
I don't know when will they deactivate the subscription (which I have never subscribed).
Please help me to approach the appropriate authorities to resolve the issue.
