Dear sir
my aircel number is 8802961070 . yesterday they cut my balance of around Rs 45 - 50. for some services, which i have not activated, they activated own without my permission. Regarding that i am trying to call aircel complaint center 198 from yesterday, i have call them around 5 times, every i call they say, system is under up gradation try to call after some time . i am totally fed up. plz return my balance, otherwise i have to complaint against aircel in consumer forum.
