Invalid Recharge

This is Yashwanth Kumar - 919700949090. I am using AIRCEL service from past 1 year.

I have recharged for Rs.26 from my mobile using *122*2600#.

Rs.26 recharge is valid for 30days.

The recharge has not shown me any confirmation. I had done this recharge again and I haven't received any confirmation again. I have to repeat this recharge again. It cost me Rs.26 for each recharge. Total amount of Rs.76 is deducted from my balance. I am not bothered for the confirmation. But the recharge for Rs.26 twice resulted in loss of Rs.52.

AIRCEL charged me Rs.52 and it didn't provide me the Rs.26 offer for next 2 months.

I approached AIRCEL store, Kukatpally, Hyderabad and reported about this. I have given a written complaint about this. He didn't issue any complaint number or solution for my problem. There is no response from their side.
