To deactivate aircelthrills

I am shekhar and my mobile number is 9700646636. i had problem with aircel thrills. i didn't subscribe the aircel thrills but its activated and deducting daily three rupees rental since november 15. i dont know how to deactivate this service and i called many times to customer care to deactivate the service but they did not respond with my problem

so kindly solve my problem
