Poor response from Aircel Customer Care

Sir,

I took a Aircel Prepaired connection in 2009 and when ever there is enough balance in my pre-paired account this telecom company eats away the balance from my account in the name of Dailer tune or Caller tune services, which have been activated automatically from the it's network without my knowledge and authorization and this has happened not once with me, it's like second time happening.

The first time Aircel took Rs.45 from my Pre-paired Acc in the name of Dailer tune, but it was refunded back within 48 hours on my complaint, for which am great full to Aircel, But soon i had a similar problem again and they are not ready to agree on their mistake,

And the response am getting from customer services is like this:

("Sir if you want the services you can take it or leave it but we can't refund your balance. We are helpless. Sorry for the inconvience, Thanks for your call! ")

This is a customer care not for the customers convenience but for the benefit of Aircel Company In which i truly believe. I don't know still how many people are not able to rise their Voice and charged for the unsubscribed services.

This services are truly in benefit of the company!
