NETWORK PROBLEM BETWEEN 5 TO 10' O CLOCK

my name is dhananay kumar and my mobile number 8896100253. i will call at 27 dec to my coustmer care no. 198. and complain that at 5'O clock to 10'O clock i will not call any bsnl number. in this period i will call any bsnl no.that only say this rout is busy. i will call per day at 198 to solve my problem but they only say :{sir only 24 hours wait and we will solve your problem } but at time the date 22/12 my problem was not solved by them.

sir, will you please ask what can i do
