This is Mr. Mohamad Aasif Mir customer of Aircel, using aircel number 8803841934 of jammu and Kashmir circle. I recharged my number on 27th of December by Rs 110. After the ten minutes of the successful recharge my account balance was reduced to zero. While contacting the customer care they said it was our technical fault and we r sorry for that and gave me assurance that this money will be refunded to my account within 24 hours. Next day after contacting them again they again told u wait for 24 hours, each day these people have been delaying it by saying u wait 24 hours. Now customer care is not receiving my call, they have blocked my number. Around ten days are over now; I haven’t gotten my recharge back. Now I don’t know what to do.
