VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am the one among the fed up customer of aircel, the problem is for the last 9 months

I am struggling to change my mailing address, and my service numbers are for the same service request (service request number : 1-2245608049, Your service request number :1-3060052225, Your service request number is: 1-3505160387, Your service request number :1-3560748541) but the wonder is still my mailing address has not changed also I have not received any monthly bill for the last 9 months, but blindly I am paying the monthly bills with out any idea of my usage.

I strongly believe that the customer service people in aircel doing nothing to their customer, after all 7 times i have contacted the call center even in call center also they are repeating the same story that with in 48 hours it will be resloved, but so far nothing is changed, 2 times they were not ready to answer my questions simply they cut the call with out any information same to be conveyed the florr supervisors Mr. Vidiyal and Ms. Honey Fathima.

I just want to know that is aircel really interested to provide service to their exsiting customers, for your information I am 5 years old customer to aircel.

if the aircel official check with my service request numbers they will understand how much pain they gave to their customer like me.

with lots of frustration of being a customer of aircel
