CONNECTIVITY AND IMPROPER SERVICE

Hello Sir,

Ia m Hardev singh rajpurohit i have a connection of Aircel no 9782329431. I took this connection 4 months before, because of its low terrif and better connectivity, i also took 3 connection for my family members but around 25 days i am geting problem with its connectivity because iam in banking service (Customer Relationship Officer) due to this customer are not well touch with me and not having proper sms facility from aircel transponder. I started cricket pack on 06/03 of rs. 30 but aircel gave only 4 massage in till date. Its connectivity, sms service and internat service is not good. Iam just not feeling comfretable with aircel..
