I, Vikram Das, is using an Aircel connection for mobile services. from last few months some unwanted chargeable services are being automatically activated on my number. As a result mobile balance is being continuously deducted, in-spite of asking them to deactivate it.
I did launched several complaints at aircel customer services but no steps has been taken.
So, it is my earnest request to you to solve this problem. I would be deeply obliged if steps are taken soon.
