Wrong deduction of balance without permission

I am suman gill from gurgaon. I used aircel number last 3months. I am tired from aircel unneccessary services that i didnot need, they deducted my balance. I complaint to aircel custmer care 3-4times.

Aircel activated hello tune and cricket alert without my permission. I called to custmer care but they cut my call two time without heard my full complaints. They told me to refund my balance in 48hr on monday, but still i didn't get my balance. I called for complaint of cricket alert on saturday evening, they told me to refund balance in 72 hr but still i didn't get my balance. Its three -four time chance that they activated this type of service without my permission. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
