I was using aircel postpaid until April. My credit limit is Rs.1000. But they barred my outgoing on first week of April telling that I crossed credit limit. They asked me to pay Rs.4672 to continue to use the phone. My usual bill amount iis around 400-500. How ll I get excess of Rs.4500? I tried enquiring in customer care. But I dint get any good response. Even I went to headoffice. Response was nil. So I just stopped using the phone. Again for the month of may I got a bill of Rs.350 without using my phone (my outgoing was barred as well) I got a total bill of Rs.5022 as my bill amount. What do I do now? Number is 9965522330.
