Outgoing and incoming deactivated after submission of relevant documents

Dear sir madam,

I Mahboob pasha have requested for the port in from Vodafone to Airtel and my request got validated on 15 sep 2012. and soon after that on 26 sep 2012 I received a message that please, submit your documents at the nearest Airtel store and the very next day i.e. 27 sep 2012 my outgoing got deactivated thereby I went to the nearest Airtel store here in Hyderabad at Santosh nagar they told better go to our head office and then I went next to Malakpet Airtel office and they also told me that if you go to Begumpet that is our Head office your outgoing will get activated in some 2 hours and thereby on 3 oct finally I took leave from my office and I went to Airtel head office at Begumpet there they gave a token and made me sit for some 1 hour and finally I got onto counter no. 2. there I started explaining my concern in a very polite way she was showing careless attitude still I kept calm and proceeded and she asked me to submit Id proof and a photograph on her request I gave my Passport photocopy along with a recent photograph earlier i had submitted voters id card they were like it has missing address so now i submitted passport photocopy which has got everything clearly she asked me to fill in the form i did so then she told me it will take some 72 hours for release of outgoing services I agreed to that. I asked for acknowledgement or any reference number she told me that we do not give any acknowledgement or ref. no. for this I agreed on this too and then I left and after 72 hours the condition was still the same so again I contacted customer care on 8 oct she reviewed my concern and activated my outgoing I was very happy with this prompt response and forgot all what had happened in past simultaneously she asked me to visit the Begumpet head office again and check if the documents have been forwarded to the concerned department or not on her request I did so I went and at the same counter no.2 i asked about the status she told me sir we have forwarded it to the concerned department you need not worry and she took my number and told me that she will call & let me know about the status and the very next morning i.e. 09 10 2012 my outgoing gets barred again and this time in BONUS my Incoming also gets deactivated and every time I call Airtel customer care i get a message stating that Namaste thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to airtel mobile 8977746748 has been resolved to your satisfaction your Ref. no. is so and so trust I got some 4 or 5 messages like here is the list of ref. nos. CWBAR21008024402 on 8 oct, CWBAR21006013631 on 6 oct, CWBAR31005871761 on 5 oct and CMOAC20927000249 on 27 sep 2012. and now I am fed up with this. it was very much disappointing I never expected that such a disaster could happen Nobody out there is giving me any proper response this is my last and final sincere request to you to kindly take some serious action.

Note I sincerely request you to kindly take an immediate action and terminate that executive lady who sits at counter no.2 as she was showing a very careless attitude and does not have any zeal or spirit to give a proper response to the customer and further she behaved in a very rude way keeping these kind of employees can result in destruction of Airtels brand image, its values.
