Deduction of rs 30/- as renewing of a service which is not even subscribed

My aircel mobile no.- 9697539123.

Without prior information on 22nd Jul recieved msg from aircel that your music connect service is renewed and rs 30/- has been deducted, contacted and filed the complaint at customer care Complaint no. - 5373386345 & deactivated the service same day, they sent a reply on 24th that your complaint is resolved without refunding the amount. Again contacted to customer care but no satisfactory reply is provided as we don't subscribed that service so no question of renewing it.

Before that on 20th Jun we have activated pocket internet pack along with which some unwanted services (Dialer Tone, Miss Call Alert & Ring Back Tone) are activated & intimated on 29th Jun after contacting to customer care to deactivate all at a time they told distinct method to deactivate all the 3 services, which is followed by me on the same day, there were no information regarding music connect service till 22nd july (day on which unnecessary charge is deducted).
