I have been using the number 9944998456 for the past 5 years.
Just before 4 months i have changed my number to postpaid and then again back to prepaid.
During this transition the response i got from Air tel relationship centers (Ascendas and Adyar) was very dismal.
I then used my number for another good 22 days. After then my outgoing was barred and was told to submit the documents again.
I have submitted as told. Then my number was disconnected. I have asked them for a reason why such move was made with out intimating me.
They never gave me any reason. And then i was told to submit the documents again (totally three times).
I have again submitted the documents in the Adyar Air tel.
Now i am waiting to get my number would be activated or should i again submit the documents for the same number.
I hope this appeal would resume my connection. I have never ever thought that Air tel would disappoint me.
