Advance payment made but cloese internet connection

I am taking the 3G data card of reliance communication (9022467780) in the name of swarnsarita gems ltd by advance rental of 6 month of Rs.4500 in the month of june.but after 4 month the reliance communication issued the bill of Oct Month and service will be discontinued from 28 Nov.then i am not working for this problem

i am also written complain in reliance customer care & web world of reliance communication many times but any solution is not received, so please activate the service and paid loss of my company for occurring this problem.
