Unwanted Charges - Unwanted

Hello,

I have been charged Rs.10 every time for unwanted activation. Every time i top up 20 you always deduct rs.10.

I have lost more than 150 INR because of this. And it is still happening. Every they say some (AIRCEL POWERPLAY RENEWAL) and other stuff.

Deactivate me from everything - I didn't activate anything on my mobile and kindly return my money.
