Hi,
I had requested for PORT OUT from Airtel on 22nd Nov (Unique Porting Request ID: AZ248138). When I called up Airtel customer care on 05-Dec, they said Airtel had cleared my case from their side.
However, when the PORT-IN service provider (Idea) told me on 09-Dec that there has been a refusal from Airtel, I rung them up yesterday (10-Dec) and asked them about it. They bluntly said that I have been retained, and that too, with my consultation.
In the call from their c=side, I had explicitly mentioned, that I want to PORT out of Airtel, even if they improve their network.
I have been told to put in a fresh PORT OUT request, which I have done (ID: AZ382489).
Please let us know how to stop this harrasment of customers.
