Alance deduction

Dear sir,

My reliance number is 8824278145.My issue is that your company is deducting my account balance for some unnessary services that i have not activated, I have called the customer care so many times but they are not giving proper answer. I think your customer care exectives have no knowledge of what services reliance provides. They are just sitting and drinking TEA, COFFEE there putting customer call on hold for 10-20 minutes and after they just disconnect. Please change the staff or increase their salary. And refund my balance back.
