Unnecessary Delay in a new connection

My self Shribhagwan, working in delhi Metro rail co. Ltd., as a Manager. I have applied for a new connection one week back. But till today no body is responding or reacting the compaints to my approach. I need this connection as soon as possible to provide a broadband internet fecility. So please help me to obtain the same at the earliest. My address is as given bellow.
