The bill for the month of September of my Airtel post-paid number 7760588110 was given as Rs 3800. The data usage was mentioned to be over 1Gb. The bill does not state the details. of browsing According to the bill, most of the gprs has been used in the wee hours of morning, with heavy download When I complained about this at the Airtel customer-care and the Apallete authority, I did not receive any satisfactory response. I was not provided with the details of downloads, and even after so many complaints and calls, I did not receive any reply. My phone was disconnected without any warning. Kindly look into the matter. I would not pay any extra amount for my connection. I need to get the details for the usage. If Airtel provides me the details of usage then i will not hesitate in making Payment.
