Airtel India &--gt; The worst service ever given...

Tried changing my airtel from prepaid to postpaid 3 weeks back and still its happening...

A airtel vendor approached me at my office for a prepaid to postpaid connection, i agreed for the same.

Once the SIM arrived he charged me 50 rupee and then I said the Customer care said conversion is free of charge and I refused to give the amount.

They wanted to meet me for verification in office time when I was peak busy I said its not possible. Then they refused saying verification not done.

When called to the customer no 04224200020 for address verification check again, they jst pick up the receiver and jst keep it aside.. Such a bad customer experience ever had...

And one more, they just take balance money r auto subscribe without informing or asking...

Airtel has become worst:(
