Not able to unsubscribe from Xgen Plus Bsnl service

I have been automatically charged for the Xgen Plus Bsnl Service with out any notice/ pre msgs and they charged 50/-.When I tried to unsubscride it it also cost me 2/- and the reply message was "you can not opt out from the plan as the plan chose by you has 13 months locking period". I did not subscribe this service, infact i did not even had any idea about this service at all and i do not have any use from this service for which i am loosing my money every month. So i kindly request to help me on this to unsubscribe.
