Further to the below complaint, again I received message from Idea on 12th Dec 2012 at 12.42PM – Your concern for Recharge benefits is registered and would be actioned by 13th Dec 2012, 6:43 PM, SR No. 1-29747903491. As per the message I received call again from 91 9848004748, but the reply is same - messages are routed to through server to various numbers – who they are not eligible for this pack also. So again they are concluding with sorry for the inconvenience.
Please arrange for refund the recharge amount along with expenses made for this issue like amount charged for customer care calls, transportation charge for recharge, browsing charge for this compliant register …. Etc.
Thought this is the good way to teach a lesson for all operators who provide the fake details to customers.

Providing wrong pack details
On 01st Dec 2012 (12.41 pm) I receive message of Rs. 25 pack details (message content - FREE Mins & SMS at Rs25 only.Get 70 mins Free to any lcl Mob 100 SMSFREE/Day at Recharge of Rs25 30 Days Validity, Know your best offers. Just dial *122#) to my number 9844513126 & my wife number 9964107594. After few minutes I ring to customer care to know that pack details from my wife number, executive confirmed me if you receive the message means please go ahead with recharge of Rs. 25/- you will get 70 mins talk time and 100 SMS per day for 30 days period.
After getting confirmation from executive I recharge Rs. 25/- on 5.50pm after 5 mins I send text message to my wife number, I charged Rs. 1 for that message. I wait for until next day and then ring to customer care, explain the above details so they updated as concern for incorrect charging is register and would be actioned by 04th Dec 2012 with reference number SR No. 1 – 29474574668. By 07th Dec 2012, 3.03pm I receive call from the number 91 9848004748 to resolve the issue, as per them the messages are routed to through server to various numbers – who they are not eligible for this pack also. So they are concluding with sorry for the inconvenience.
But for me the above sorry is not valid answer, they have to pay for customers valuable time and money also. In various places recharge facilities not available, especially in remote areas to get the recharge only they have to pay and travel to nearby towns. After all this also operators are coming back with above statement and grabbing the customer’s money in different ways.
Please provide me the justice.
