Unwanted deduction

Sir/Madam I am very upset due to regular deduction from my account. In just one month they deduct my 45 rs without any reason. I got the sms that thank you for subscribe service and total deduction is this. But i never activate any service from my side.when i called them than they said that you activate this service so thats why they charge me. When i said that please unsubscribe my this service then they said that ok we done it. But after 2 or 3 days again deduction means they deduct my some rs from account. Realy thats very wrong thing. No other cellular company doing this. And they said that the deducted ammount in non refundable. Please help me out and i want my whole money back. Please do it.
