Online recharge failure

I recharged my idea 9947466985 with rs 555 two times at 18.55 and 19.02 on 11/12 by my credit card from idea portal and for rs 110 two times on 12/12 at 8.10pm 8.13 pm. with net banking from just recharge it .com . four of these recharges became failure saying that the amount will be credited within 7 days to my account. why all these recharges are failures? how can i recharge online under this condition.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to find your recharge, thus we request you to forward us a screen-shot of the bank statement (un-editable) showing the deduction made from your account towards recharge of your number on our E-mail [email protected]. for further course of action.
