I have called customer service on 3rd Nov to disconnect my Land Line and broad band because i relocated to UK and i have paid my final bill of 1845.10 rs in adyar the showroom rep confirmed that this will be my final payment to airtel. But on 12th dec my friend received a bill on my name and the bill amount was 613rs its a big surprise for me.. I called my neighbor conferenced the call with the Customer service rep his name is manikandan he cant understand english nor the phone number i gave more than 4 times finnaly i pissed off and asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor he denied it. He gave me a interaction id 193161633 and he said i will get a call from his supervisor on my alternate number.. her argued with me that the line got disconnected after 20 days and i need to pay for it. Its not my fault that u guys have not disconnected on time and more over am not going to pay for the service which i have not used... Hence i request to stop sending me the bills and the collection sms and calls. Thanks in advance...
