Airtel harassing to Change Ownership

Dear SIr, My name is M.L. Rathi. I m using a airtel number 9829067826 since 2002. This number registered as my son's name MITESH RATHI. Now i need to change the registered name means Ownership details. Address will be same but the name instead of MITESH RATHI it should be MANAK LAL RATHI.

I went to airtel office from last 1 months but they refuse to do what i want.. Every time they said that TRAI stop these kind of services right now. But from Reliance & Vodaphone do the same thing (name change) only in 10 days.
