To not receive customer's call on BSNL Care

Hello sir...

I am using BSNL Sim card. Yesterday, my Sim blocked due to my ignorance. My Sim card requires PUK (Pin Unlock Key) to get unblocked. I tried to look for this on BSNL's website (http://www.bsnl.co.in).

There is said to consult customer care helpline 9415024365 (I have attached a screenshot of this.). But the thing is that this number is not working!!!

This number is not available. I tried to search customer help line number of BSNL on internet.

Finally I got the number 1503. I dialed this no. on my anther BSNL Sim.

But there is saying to wait for their customer care representative. I waited for more than 1 hour!!! I tried many times this. But no reply given by the company.

Now what should I do to unlock my Sim card??
